EXHIBIT CALENDAR
Online Entries Open – Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at 5 PM. EST.
Deadline for Online Entries – Friday, January 26, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST.
Work must arrive at the gallery the week of Tuesday, January 30 through Thursday, February 1, 2024 from 10 AM to 4:30 PM.
Dates of Exhibition – November 10, 2023 – January 25, 2023.
Opening Reception and Award Ceremony date – Friday, February 23 from 5 PM to 7 PM.
The exhibition closes – Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at 5 PM.
Work must be picked up the week of Tuesday, April 2 through Thursday, April 4, 2024, from 10 AM to 4:30 PM.
Artworks must arrive ready for installation. All 2D works must be properly matted, backed and under glass or plexi-glass and framed, and wired for installation (NO SAWTOOTH HANGERS on the back of work.) Paintings on canvas must be appropriately presented: framed or painted on the outside edges of “museum wrapped” canvas, ready to hang with screw eyes and wires. Pieces should meet the professional standards of the gallery. The Gallery Director reserves the right to disqualify any work that is different from the submitted image including: artworks that are a different size than stated on the application, artworks that do not show the quality represented by the submitted image, and artworks that arrive damaged. Work not properly presented will not be exhibited.
Accepted work must remain in the exhibition and may not be removed for any reason before the close of the show on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at 5 PM. By submitting works for this exhibition, you agree to the above terms and conditions of this prospectus.
